Call or send us an email. Your item may need adjustment before it fits comfortably. Some items can be adjusted to fit a variety of body types and sizes.
You may have already adjusted your item to the best of your ability and it obviously the wrong size for you. If so, call or email us. Describe which item doesn't fit you properly, and where you got it. We may be able to replace it or customize it for you.
